You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order, including your contact, billing, and shipping details.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
2. Products, Descriptions, and Compatibility
Pristine Carbon makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, images, specifications, and compatibility information.
Actual product appearance, color, texture, and finish may vary slightly due to manufacturing characteristics, lighting, and screen settings.
Customers should verify product compatibility with their device model before purchasing. If you are uncertain about compatibility, please contact our support team before placing an order.
Product materials, wireless charging compatibility, protective features, and other specifications are as described on the applicable product page. Features not expressly stated should not be assumed.
We reserve the right to correct product information, update listings, discontinue products, and limit quantities, subject to applicable law and existing purchase obligations.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
Orders are subject to payment authorization, availability, verification, and acceptance by Pristine Carbon.
We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, inaccurate pricing, inventory shortages, or inability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund.
Customers should review their orders carefully before completing checkout.
4. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout. Product prices and promotions may change without notice, but changes will not retroactively alter accepted orders except as permitted by law.
Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be disclosed during checkout.
Free standard shipping is offered on orders shipped within the United States. Optional expedited shipping charges, when available, will be disclosed before payment.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Payments are processed through supported third-party payment providers, including services facilitated by Shopify.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Pristine Carbon currently ships to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
International customers should contact support@pristinecarbon.com before ordering to confirm shipping availability.
Orders may be fulfilled from our facility, authorized fulfillment partners, verified manufacturing partners, or domestic or international warehouses.
Processing and delivery estimates depend on product availability, destination, carrier operations, and other fulfillment circumstances. Estimated delivery dates are not guarantees unless expressly identified as guaranteed.
Customers should review the delivery estimates displayed on product pages, at checkout, and in applicable order communications.
Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch.
If an order is delayed, lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, customers should contact our support team for assistance. We will investigate and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with our Shipping Policy and applicable law.
Nothing in these terms transfers the risk of loss to the customer earlier than permitted by applicable law or eliminates statutory remedies for products not received.

6. Returns and Refunds
Pristine Carbon offers a 30-calendar-day return window for eligible products, beginning on the confirmed delivery date.
Eligible returns generally require products to be unused, uninstalled, in original condition, and accompanied by their original packaging and included accessories.
To initiate a return, customers must contact support@pristinecarbon.com with their order number and reason for return.
Our team will review the request and provide the applicable return authorization, shipping address, and return instructions.
Customers should not ship returns without first receiving authorization and the appropriate return address.
For approved returns, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.
A 15% restocking fee may apply to eligible non-defective returns when disclosed before purchase. This fee will not apply to products returned because of a defect, shipping damage, or an incorrect item caused by our error.
Following receipt, inspection, and approval of a return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Financial institutions may require additional time to post refunds.
Return requests submitted within the applicable 30-day window remain eligible for review even if our support team responds afterward.

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations
Customers wishing to modify or cancel an order should contact our support team as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before dispatch, but changes or cancellations may not be possible after an order has been processed or shipped.
Orders already in transit generally cannot be canceled during shipment. Once delivered, eligible items may be returned in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
These provisions do not restrict cancellation or refund rights provided by applicable law, including rights arising from unfulfilled orders or legally required shipping-delay notices.
8. Limited Product Warranty
Pristine Carbon provides a 12-month limited warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
The warranty period begins on the original purchase date.
Warranty claims are subject to verification, applicable coverage requirements, and the exclusions described in our published Warranty Policy.
Depending on the circumstances, an approved warranty claim may result in repair, replacement, or another appropriate remedy.
Replacement products remain covered for the balance of the original warranty period unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing.
The warranty does not generally cover accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, or normal wear and tear, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Warranty coverage is separate from the 30-day return policy. An approved warranty claim does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund outside the return window.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Customers should inspect their orders upon delivery and contact our support team as soon as reasonably possible if an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.
Customers may be asked to provide their order number, photographs, and other reasonable information needed to investigate the issue.
Pristine Carbon will review the claim and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with the applicable warranty, return policy, and consumer protection laws.
10. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the website's original content, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, and other proprietary materials are owned by Pristine Carbon or used under applicable licenses.
Customers may not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected materials without appropriate authorization, except as permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to use our website or services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or malicious purposes.
Prohibited conduct includes unauthorized access, interference with website security, transmission of harmful code, impersonation, and infringement of intellectual property rights.
We may restrict access or cancel accounts involved in violations, subject to applicable law and any outstanding obligations.

Purchases made through this store are transactions between the customer and Pristine Carbon, not Shopify, unless expressly indicated otherwise.
Shopify and applicable payment providers may process information necessary to operate the store and complete transactions in accordance with their respective policies.

By using our services, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers involved in operating our website and fulfilling orders.

Customers who submit reviews, photographs, suggestions, or other content represent that they have the necessary rights to provide that material.
By submitting content for publication, customers grant Pristine Carbon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for legitimate business purposes, subject to applicable privacy and consumer protection laws.
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not contain unlawful, fraudulent, or infringing content.
We may moderate content that violates these terms or applicable law.
16. Errors and Corrections
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate pricing, descriptions, availability information, and delivery estimates.
If an error occurs, we may correct the information and, where legally permissible, contact affected customers to confirm, modify, or cancel an order.
If an order is canceled because of an error after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.

We do not guarantee that website access will be uninterrupted or entirely free of technical errors.
Nothing in this section excludes, reduces, or overrides our express 12-month limited product warranty, our published return obligations, or any non-waivable statutory warranty or consumer rights.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pristine Carbon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products where such limitations are legally enforceable.

Nothing in this section restricts remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws or our express product warranty.

To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to indemnify Pristine Carbon against third-party claims arising directly from their unlawful use of our services, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.
This provision does not require consumers to indemnify Pristine Carbon for the company's own negligence, misconduct, or violation of applicable law.
20. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website or customer accounts for material violations of these Terms, fraudulent conduct, or other legitimate reasons.
Termination does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations, refund rights, warranty coverage, or other rights and responsibilities that legally survive termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
Any dispute relating to these Terms or purchases from Pristine Carbon will be handled by a court with proper subject-matter and personal jurisdiction and legally appropriate venue.

Nothing in this section restricts a consumer's non-waivable legal rights or access to legally available remedies.
