7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Return & Refund Policy. In summary:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns
  • No restocking fee applies to defective or incorrect items
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval

8. Warranty

All Pristine Carbon products are backed by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover physical damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
