Overview
At Pristine Carbon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 14-day return policy — you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
For manufacturing defects outside the 14-day return window, please refer to our Warranty Policy which provides coverage for up to 12 months from the date of purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- In its original packaging with all original tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or order number)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, installed on a device, or show signs of wear
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
- Items damaged after delivery due to customer misuse, drops, or accidents
- Items purchased from unauthorized third-party resellers
- Gift cards
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at support@pristinecarbon.com with:
- Your full name and order number
- The item you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos of the item if it is defective or damaged
Once your return request is reviewed and approved:
- We will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- You will receive instructions on how and where to send your item
Important: Items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@pristinecarbon.com within 14 days of delivery.
For defective items:
- No restocking fee applies
- We will cover all return shipping costs
- You will receive a full refund or replacement at no additional cost
For manufacturing defects reported after 14 days, please refer to our Warranty Policy for coverage options up to 12 months from purchase.
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for a different color, style, or compatible device model.
The fastest way to receive your replacement is to:
- Submit a return request at support@pristinecarbon.com
- Place a new order for the item you want
- Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 1–2 business days.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: within 7 business days of approval
- Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the refund — typically 3–5 additional business days depending on your institution
If your return is not approved, we will contact you to arrange the item being sent back to you.
8. Important Notice on "Easy Returns" Badge
Our "Easy Returns" promise refers to our free prepaid return shipping label provided on all approved returns. A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns to cover inspection and repackaging costs. No restocking fee applies to defective or incorrect items. We recommend reviewing this policy before purchase to ensure full understanding of the return terms.
